The Melbourne Airport Ground Transport Plan provides an overview of the transport infrastructure and services that currently support the airport, existing and future transport demand, gaps in this infrastructure, services to support the existing transport task and its continued growth over time. It also outlines actions required to fill these gaps to maintain functional access to and within the airport in the future.
