Airport facilities

The wellbeing of disabled passengers and visitors is of the highest priority at Melbourne Airport. Both the Arrivals level (ground floor) and Departures level (first floor) are linked by travelators and lifts.

All airlines can provide wheelchairs upon request with prior notification. Please contact your airline to request a wheelchair prior to arriving at the airport or when you book your flight.

If you are not travelling with an airline, please contact the Travellers Information Desk on + 61 3 9297 1805 prior to your arrival at the airport to ensure a wheelchair is made available for you. The Travellers Information Desk is located in Terminal 2 (T2) Arrivals.
