The Travellers' Information Service, located on the ground floor of International Arrivals (T2), is the first point of contact for visitors to Melbourne to find out about the latest events, tours and must-see destinations in Victoria.
It is also the first point of contact for all airport visitors issues – including lost and found property and special needs requirements - to ensure that your time at Melbourne Airport is relaxed and enjoyable.
The Travellers' Information Service in Terminal 2 (T2) deals with lost and found property in T2, Terminal 3 (T3) and Terminal 4 (T4) only.
