Parking delays as a result of the Chilean volcanic ash cloud.

For passengers who are affected by the Chilean Volcano Ash cloud and as a result have their vehicle parked longer than originally intended, Melbourne Airport may refund the difference.

Customers must produce their car park ticket and their original itinerary showing their intended return date.

How to claim the refund: On your return to the car park, please visit the Car Park Customer Service Desk, located on the ground level of the Short Term Car Park.
