      Chief of Property Linc joined Melbourne Airport in July 2008, heading the property team for Australia Pacific Airports Melbourne (APAM) and driving the company’s commercial property portfolio at Melbourne Airport. With a portfolio valued at over $1.4bn, Linc’s last 10 years have been focused on asset management and development, having delivered over $600m of commercial developments. There is still more to do with over 250 hectares of land available at the Airport – and it’s not just warehouses and offices - one of the more interesting recent developments including Australia’s first surf park – Urbnsurf Melbourne. Linc is a chartered surveyor and member of the RICS, having spent the last 25 years working in the property industry in Australia and the UK.       Phil Aboud

      Head of Asset Management Phil leads the Asset Management team at Melbourne Airport, which is responsible for delivering long term, sustainable growth whilst enhancing the value of land. The portfolio covers numerous property sectors including logistics warehouses, offices, sport & leisure facilities and hotels; all located in close proximity to Australia’s largest single-precinct, 24/7 airport. The team plays a pivotal role in the creation of dynamic, diverse business precincts that deliver positive outcomes for the Airport and its stakeholders. As head of the team Phil is responsible for the design and implementation of Asset Management strategy to ensure that he and the team deliver portfolio returns in line with Property Group forecasts. Phil brings diverse, international property experience and has previously held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle and the ANZ bank.       Utility Performance Manager David leads the Operations and Maintenance delivery to the airport precinct, through a diverse team of Facility Managers and Subject Matter Experts. Responsible for maintaining the safe operation of the assets at the airport and business park, whilst delivering high levels of customer experience to airport users, and value to our stakeholders. Achieving this in an 24/7/365 operational environment requires a clear set of goals and systems, overlaid with an understanding of the needs of our stakeholders. To support this he is developing our asset knowledge and introducing new ways of improving the delivery of these services, through the use of the data the assets and systems produce. David uses his diverse experience in airports and commercial buildings, through roles at Qantas, Jones Lang LaSalle, and in his earlier career in compliance based roles in the construction industry, to lead the Utility and Facility Management team. +61 3 9297 1780

      Assistant Property Asset Manager Carolyn started her career in property 15 years ago at the age of 16 behind the reception desk of a local real estate agency. This sparked her passion for the property industry and since then has completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (Property) and held positions in residential valuation, and Property Management in both office and retail. Carolyn has recently transitioned into Asset Management at Melbourne Airport and works across a diverse and exciting portfolio of assets including industrial, office, leisure, retail, hotel and many more.
