      Head of Asset Management Phil leads the Asset Management team at Melbourne Airport, which is responsible for delivering long term, sustainable growth whilst enhancing the value of land. The portfolio covers numerous property sectors including logistics warehouses, offices, sport & leisure facilities and hotels; all located in close proximity to Australia’s largest single-precinct, 24/7 airport. The team plays a pivotal role in the creation of dynamic, diverse business precincts that deliver positive outcomes for the Airport and its stakeholders. As head of the team Phil is responsible for the design and implementation of Asset Management strategy to ensure that he and the team deliver portfolio returns in line with Property Group forecasts. Phil brings diverse, international property experience and has previously held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield, Jones Lang LaSalle and the ANZ bank.
