- What should I do if I arrive after Value Express operational hours?
If you return outside Value Express hours, please allow extra time and call 0423 629 402 to arrange for car pickup. View operational dates here.
- How do I get to the terminals after dropping off my car at Value Express?
The nearest bus stop is Bus Shelter B, located within the Value Car Park. A free shuttle bus runs between the Value Car Park and the terminals every 15 minutes, with stops outside Terminals 1 and 4.
- How do I return to the Value Express pick-up point?
Take the free shuttle bus from outside Terminals 1 or 4 to Bus Shelter B, which is the closest stop to the Value Express pick-up point.
- Is there a dedicated bus for Value Express?
No, there isn't a separate bus for Value Express. The complimentary Value Car Park shuttle bus has stops at Terminals 1 and 4.
- When will Value Express be fully operational?
Value Express is available during peak holiday periods as outlined in the dates above.
- How do I access Value Express within the Value Car Park?
There are two entrances:
- Mercer Drive Entrance: From the Tullamarine Freeway, take Exit 18 onto Mercer Drive. Turn right to enter the Value Car Park. Follow the signs through the main thoroughfare to the Value Express drop-off point, located near Bus Shelter B.
- Airport Drive Entrance: Travel along Airport Drive towards Melbourne Airport. Turn right at the Value Car Park entrance. Follow the signs to the Value Express drop-off point located near Bus Shelter B.
- Can I book Value Express online or just drive up?
You can do both. Booking online gives you the best rate. Alternatively, you can request an upgrade onsite (subject to availability and additional fees).
- What are the operating hours and days for Value Express?

- Can I upgrade to Value Express if I have already booked Value Parking?
Yes. If you have an existing Value Parking booking (or have paid drive-up Value rates), you can request a Value Express upgrade on arrival. Our team will confirm availability and any additional cost at the time of upgrade. Upgrade prices vary based on your original booking type and length of stay.

- What if my booking changes and I arrive earlier or later than planned?
If your travel plans have changed and you need to update your Value Express booking, please call our customer service team at 03 9297 1318.
If you have returned to the Value Car Park outside of Value Express operational days/hours, contact Wilsons at 0423 629 402 to arrange car pickup.
- What are the Value Express Terms & Conditions?
Would you like to park closer to Terminal 1, 2, 3?
If you’re flying Qantas, Virgin Australia, or International, there is a Terminal Car Park right outside Terminals 1, 2 & 3.
Accessible parking is available on Levels 1, 2, and 3, adjacent to the lifts. For easy access to T3 (Virgin Australia) and T2 (International terminal), park in accessible bays located in row M on Levels 1, 2, and 3. For access to T1 (Qantas), use row F on Levels 1, 2 and 3.

Would you like to park closer to Terminal 4?
If you're flying Jetstar, Rex, or Link Airways, there is a Terminal Car Park just 100m from Terminal 4.
Accessible parking is available in rows B and C on Level 1, and rows B, C and D on Level 2.
