    Fare types

    • Lite

      Lite fares are a great value-for-money option when booking parking in advance. Unlimited changes up to 36 hours before your booking time. Cancellation fees apply if within 36 hours. See our parking terms and conditions for more.

    • Saver

      Book in advance to secure a Saver Fare, with unlimited changes and cancellations up to 24 hours before your booking arrival. Cancellation fees apply if within 24 hours. See our parking terms and conditions for more.

    • Flexi

      Flexi fares give you the flexibility to change or cancel your booking up to 2 hours before your booking arrival date and time. See our parking terms and conditions for more.

    FAQ

    We've answered some of the most commonly asked questions about our Long Term car parks.

    What if I arrive early or leave later?

    You can enter the car park within 1 hour either side of your confirmed booking time for no additional charge. If you enter outside of this grace period your credit card will be debited with the cost of the additional total time spent in the car park, based on the drive up rates displayed at the entry.

    Are there different rates for online bookings?

    You can secure a better rate by pre-booking your parking online. Remember the earlier you book, the better the rate.

    What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

    All fare types can be cancelled, however, fare conditions apply. Lite fares can be cancelled up to 36 hours prior to the date and time of booking, Saver fares up to 24 hours prior and Flexi fares up to 2 hours prior. Simply go to 'manage my booking' to cancel your booking. Cancellation fees apply to all fare types if cancelled within the amendment period. See parking terms and conditions for full details.
