Melbourne Airport is committed to keeping its communities informed about what's happening at the airport. There are so many new and exciting projects constantly taking shape across the precinct.

We take our mobile pop up to community events around Melbourne to speak to communities about all things airport: our operations and projects, runway plans, opportunities at the airport and other related news.

This year already, we attended the Midsumma Carnival with a 120,000 plus crowd to celebrate Victoria’s LGBTQ+ community at the Alexandra Gardens, where the team spoke about jobs, aviation recovery, the return of China and everything airport! We also visited the aircraft viewing area on Sunbury Road, Bulla and handed out our popular junior spotter’s booklet.

Contact us if you would like us to attend an event near you, or come down and see us at one of our upcoming community pop ups. We welcome your feedback and questions about what’s important to you.
