New Pick Up & Drop Off now open

Our new free Pick Up and Drop Off zones for Terminals 1 (Qantas), 2 (International) and 3 (Virgin Australia) are now open in the T123 Transport Hub. There are no changes to T123 Car Park, car rental return, buses, shuttles or coaches, or Pick up for Uber, Taxi or rideshare. We know it's a big change but we have extra support available every step of the way. Overview

We’re upgrading the check-in counter signage in the International Terminal. When the project is complete, travellers will notice larger, clearer signs on the columns in the check-in area in the terminal.

These new signs will help make it simpler for passengers to find their check-in zone quickly and easily.

If you’re unclear where to go, check the maps located around the terminal departures area or ask one of our friendly pink-shirted volunteers.

Impact on travellers in 2024

There will be minimal impact to travellers. The signage will be updated overnight on the night of 24 June, with the new signage visible in the early hours of 25 June.
