We are so excited to invite you to Our Melbourne Airport Stepping Forward Program.

This program provides a foundation of service training for our broad Melbourne Airport family including ISS, Ikon, Programmed, Smarte Carte, Air Master and APAM staff. This year we welcome Wilson Security and Skybus to the team. 

The program is called Stepping Forward, under the banner of Our Melbourne Airport. It includes 7 essential Commitments that are brought to life in a mixture of training sessions, activities and masterclasses. Importantly, the content has been developed using our own Melbourne Airport family, led by Jaquie Scammell, a speaker, author and mentor in this space. 

2023 is the year to continue Stepping Forward. Our Melbourne Airport family welcomes back travellers in a co-ordinated, best in class way.

To complete the training program you need to attend a 20 mins LIVE masterclass for each of the 7 commitments. This year we have scheduled two LIVE face to face masterclasses along with a LIVE online Zoom masterclass to give your teams further opportunities to participate. There’s no need to register for the LIVE face to face masterclasses. Just come!
