Jim Parashos - Chief of Aviation
Mr Parashos joined Melbourne Airport as General Manager International Recovery in January 2022 and has recently stepped into his new role as Chief of Aviation.Jim brings over 25 years of experience in the airports and tourism sectors. Prior to joining Melbourne Airport he was Executive General Manager Aviation at Brisbane Airport Corporation, responsible for Operations, Aviation Development and Aeronautical Commercial. He joined BAC in February 2017 as Head of Aviation Business Development, until appointed EGM Aviation Development and Partnerships in March 2019.Jim holds an MBA in Aviation (RMIT), Business degree in Tourism and International Trade and is a Graduate of AICD (GAICD).
Michael Cullen - SVP Airline Business Development
Mr. Michael Cullen has worked as an aviation professional for the past 14 years, after joining Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (owner and operator of Launceston & Melbourne Airports) in 2006. In his current role of Head of Airline Business Development, Michael leads the aviation business development team which is responsible for managing strong partnerships with airlines, tourism bodies and industry to deliver growth of passenger and cargo capacity into Melbourne Airport - Australia’s largest single-precinct, 24/7 airport. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand (CA).
Peppy Adi-Purnomo - VP Airline Business Development, South and South East Asia
Responsible for the growth of air service capacity and Melbourne Airport’s aviation business analytics. Peppy has key focus to grow both mature and emerging markets by targeting market segments that deliver appropriate yield for Melbourne Airport’s airline customers. He works closely with airlines, tourism boards/authorities and industry partners. Peppy has more than 15 years’ experience in New Zealand’s energy, aviation and tourism sectors, focusing on strategy, business development and industry leadership. Prior to joining Melbourne Airport, Peppy held business development roles with Auckland Airport and Christchurch Airport.
Susan Su - VP Airline Business Development, North Asia
Responsible for the growth of air services at Melbourne, working with current and potential airlines on business development and cooperative marketing opportunities, with a key focus on airline growth in China, and also playing a lead role in the delivery of APAM’s “Think China Strategy” across Customer Service delivery, Retail, and People & Performance teams to support airline growth and customer service and retail programs for Chinese customers. As a culturally sensitive and commercially astute professional, Susan is skilled at developing and executing Australia-China business strategies.
Trevor Town-Campbell - VP Airline Business Development, Americas, EMEA and Pacific
Trevor Town-Campbell joins the APAM team as VP, Airline Business Development. In his role he is responsible for the Americas, EMEA and Pacific regions working with APAM’s key airline, tourism and business stakeholders to deliver commercial and strategic outcomes. Prior to joining APAM Trevor was an integral member of the Air Service Development team at Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR) where he drove air service development outcomes and strategy, including delivering record growth across international and domestic sectors, and YVR being recognised by industry as winner of the World Routes Marketing Award. Trevor is an experienced and driven aviation executive with a career spanning 17 years across the aviation, hotel and tourism sectors. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Marketing.
Kelly Newton - Head of Commercial
Kelly Newton leads the Aviation Commercial team at Melbourne Airport, which is responsible for the commercial strategy, commercial airline relationships and forecasting and analytics supporting the growth of airline and cargo capacity into Australia’s largest single precinct 24/7 airport. With an established career in corporate strategy, finance and property, Kelly brings a breadth of experience to the Head of Commercial role. Kelly joined Melbourne Airport in 2013 and has held numerous commercial and strategic positions across the business, including in the Strategy and Property teams.
Gemma Bosworth - Marketing Business Partner, Aviation
Gemma joined the team in July 2023 as the key marketing lead for the Aviation team to plan and design high impact marketing campaigns and partnerships to support the growth of our airline partners. She brings over 15 years’ experience in destination and tourism marketing with roles at the Sydney Opera House, London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Tourism Queensland and Mirvac. She has lived across the world in Canada, the US, the UK, Europe and now calls Melbourne home. From 2019-2020, she joined the Australian Tourism Export Council NSW Committee in an advisory role and is a regular Tourism Awards Judge.
Aymeric Le Leizour - Aviation Marketing Specialist I Melbourne & Launceston Airport
Aymeric works closely with our airline partners to support the day-to-day partnerships and implementation of the upcoming marketing strategies for both inbound and outbound markets. Aymeric holds a dual Bachelor of Communications and International Relations as well as a Master’s degree in Creative Advertising and marketing. Prior to joining the APAM team, Aymeric worked in retail marketing, email marketing and tourism and aviation. The APAM marketing team is always seeking opportunities to optimally grow passenger numbers to fulfil increased capacity to Melbourne Airport.
Selena Ai - Senior Business Development Analyst
Selena has more than six years’ experience in the aviation industry with proven success in the field of aviation commercial and business analysis to provide advanced analytical skills in supporting air service development and strategy, including delivering airport growth across international and domestic sectors. Prior to joining Melbourne Airport Selena worked in aviation business development for Sydney Airport, Sunshine Coast Airport and Coffs Harbour Airports. Selena holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Airline charges


November 6 2024 - APAM has recently updated its Standard Terms and Conditions for use of the airport as the previous versions were nearly 10 years old.  From 1 January 2025, there will be a single T&C document that covers both International and Domestic facilities (as opposed to separate T&Cs for International and Domestic).  If there are any queries about these changes, please contact us at the email below.
