What Christmas Gifts Can You Pre-Order for Those on the Nice List?

Everyone’s got a list, and chances are, it includes someone tricky, someone picky, and someone you nearly forgot about. The good news? Laneway has gifting options that work for all of them and then some. Here’s what you’ll find that are sure to land just right:

For the hard-to-shop-for…

There’s always one. The no-list, no-hints, no-fuss type who somehow still expects something good. This year, you can skip the second-guessing. These duty free Laneway picks feel considered, a little bit luxe and will feel right at home under the Christmas tree:

  • Jo Malone London Classic Candle: Clean, elegant and always well received, both the Peony & Blush Suede or Wood Sage & Sea Salt scents strike the right balance between warm and fresh. They’re ideal for a unisex Christmas gift that doesn’t feel too safe.
  • Gucci Flora Gorgeous Jasmine EDP: Light, bright and full of summer energy, this eau de parfum wears beautifully day or night and makes a strong impression without being overpowering.
  • Maison Margiela Replica Memory Box: A set of miniature scents designed to suit every mood. This one’s for the person who definitely doesn’t want anything, but secretly loves a surprise. Comes in a premium gift box that looks as good as it smells.
  • L’Occitane Neroli & Elderflower Body Collection: A little luxury they wouldn’t usually buy for themselves. This travel exclusive is all about thoughtful details, just the thing for bath-lovers and Christmas morning slow-downs.

For the one who has everything…

They say they don’t need anything. But there’s always room for something thoughtful, especially when it’s beautifully packaged, ready to gift and just indulgent enough to feel special.

These picks strike the balance between practical and personal, with a little festive flair:

  • Marc Jacobs Fresh EDT: Crisp and citrusy with just enough depth to feel polished. A confident, easy-to-wear eau de toilette that doesn’t try too hard, perfect for someone who insists they’ve already got a favourite.
  • Estée Lauder Pleasures Gift Set: A light, floral classic that always lands well at Christmas. The set includes a matching body lotion, making it feel complete without overdoing it.
  • Lancome La Vie Est Belle Eau de Parfum: Warm, familiar and just the right amount of luxe. If they already own it, they’ll be glad to have a backup. If they don’t, they probably meant to get it.
  • Jurlique Rose Hydration Set: This one’s all about glow. A beautiful intro to skincare that’s gentle, giftable and ideal for summer. If they’ve been meaning to try serums but haven’t quite made the leap, this makes the decision easy.

For the kids or teens you’re flying home to…

Whether you're shopping for little ones, teens, or somewhere in between, these finds are fun, practical and almost guaranteed to earn a spot on their wishlist.

  • LEGO Sets: Easy to pack, always a hit, and something they’ll actually use. Whether they’re into building, role play, or creative display, there’s a LEGO set on Laneway for every age and mood.
  • Lindt Mini Pralines Gold: A small gold box that feels a bit fancy without being over the top. Great for kids who love their sweets or teens who pretend they don’t!
  • Lano 101 Strawberry Ointment & Phone Lip Balm Holder: A tiny gift with big appeal. It’s fun, functional, and TikTok-approved, ideal for teens who are into lip care and cute accessories.
  • Ray-Ban Sunglasses: A cool-factor gift that goes the distance. Whether they’re off to the beach or just want to look the part, these sunnies will absolutely get worn before Christmas lunch.

For the last-minute addition to Christmas lunch…

Flying straight into family lunch or a long table full of friends? These are the kinds of Christmas gifts that don’t need wrapping… just need chilling, uncorking or pouring.

  • Penfolds 311 Chardonnay Holiday by Nigo Gift Box: Bright and citrusy, this one’s from an Australian winemaker and pairs beautifully with seafood, roast veg or anything off the BBQ.
  • Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Rosé: This is your toast sorted. Subtle, festive and already dressed for the table, it’s the kind of bottle that says, “I brought something good.”
  • Baileys Tiramisu Limited Edition: A dessert liqueur that tastes like the end of the meal. It’s sweet, rich, ready to pour and goes down just as well with pudding as it does over ice.
  • Laphroaig The 1815 Legacy Edition: Big flavour, smooth finish, and a solid choice for whoever’s holding court at the other end of the table. This single malt Scotch whisky is sure to get poured, discussed, and remembered.

For yourself, because you’ve earned it…

You’ve done the planning, picked the gifts, and made it to December with your head still on straight. That deserves something you don’t have to share. These picks aren’t for your list, they’re for you.

  • Burberry Signature Collection EDP: Choose a scent that suits your style. Windsor Tonic 15% brings clean citrus, Midnight Journey leans woody and warm, and Garden Roses 20% layers floral with a hint of spice.
  • MAC Connect in Colour Eye Shadow Palette: This is the kind of palette that works just as well for Christmas dinner as it does for the trip home. A smart mix of shimmer, matte and neutral tones that actually get used!
  • Hugo Boss Oud EDP: Rich, balanced and ready for cooler nights. If you’ve wanted to try oud without going too bold, this is the one.
  • Giorgio Armani My Way EDP: Want a soft floral scent with staying power? This is easy to wear, hard to forget and a strong contender for your new go-to.

Rabanne Million Gold For Her EDP: A standout scent with energy. This EDP is sweet, spicy and a little bit extra in the best way.
