Our new free Pick Up and Drop Off zones for Terminals 1 (Qantas), 2 (International) and 3 (Virgin Australia) are now open in the T123 Transport Hub. There are no changes to T123 Car Park, car rental return, buses, shuttles or coaches, or Pick up for Uber, Taxi or rideshare. We know it's a big change but we have extra support available every step of the way. Aerobridge licence (ABDA)

Overview

To obtain an aerobridge driver authority (ABDA) as a trainer, expressions of interest should be sent to [email protected].

 All new applicants will be required to complete the following components:

  • Theory training conducted by Melbourne Airport (online learning).
  • Practical training conducted by either Melbourne Airport or your organisation.

Note: To renew an existing ABDA, applicants need only complete the theory training (online learning).
