Overnight closures on Tullamarine Freeway

To install new overhead road signage for our future Pick Up and Drop Off zones, the following closures will be in place: - ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฌ๐—ฝ๐—บ ๐—ช๐—ฒ๐—ฑ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿด ๐—™๐—ฒ๐—ฏ โ€“ ๐Ÿฑ๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—ง๐—ต๐˜‚ ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿต ๐—™๐—ฒ๐—ฏ: Freeway closed in both directions between Mickleham and Sunbury roads. Detours via Sharps Road and Airport Drive. - ๐Ÿต๐—ฝ๐—บ ๐—ง๐—ต๐˜‚๐Ÿญ๐Ÿต๐—™๐—ฒ๐—ฏ โ€“ ๐Ÿฑ๐—ฎ๐—บ ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ถ ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฌ๐—™๐—ฒ๐—ฏ: Airport-bound lanes closed at Mickleham Road bridge. Detours via Mickleham Road on-ramp and off-ramp. Allow an extra 30 minutes if youโ€™re travelling to the airport during these times and follow detour signage. Sewerage Connection

Overview

Melbourne Airport own, operate and maintain its own embedded sewer network within its precinct boundaries.

Connection into Melbourne Airport sewer network is an integral step in managing the wastewater discharge from the subject site.ย  All connections and modifications to the network must satisfy MRWA, WSAA and Melbourne Airport standards and regulations and be accordance with the precinct masterplan.

How to apply for a permit

  1. Complete the Sewer Connection application and ensure:

    a. A sketch/drawing indicating location of proposed connection into APAM sewer asset is provided
  2. Email completed form to APAM Civil team via [email protected]
  3. Application on approval will be returned to applicant
