Our new free Pick Up and Drop Off zones for Terminals 1 (Qantas), 2 (International) and 3 (Virgin Australia) are now open in the T123 Transport Hub. There are no changes to T123 Car Park, car rental return, buses, shuttles or coaches, or Pick up for Uber, Taxi or rideshare. We know it's a big change but we have extra support available every step of the way. To help you navigate through our International terminal, we have put together sensory maps which identifies high, medium and low sensory areas. The maps can help you prepare for the expected additional sensory experiences in that location. Such as, smells, sights and crowded areas. It can also help you identify any quieter areas.

Social Stories are stories developed to assist passengers by helping them understand international departure and arrival processes in pictorial format.
