ALL car parks are very busy this Labour Day long weekend, with limited drive-up spots available. Please consider alternative transport options.  If you do have a car park booking, please have your QR code ready for a smooth entry and exit and allow extra time to find a spot. Our roads and car parks may have changed since your last visit. Due to ongoing construction in the T123 car park Pick up and Drop off areas, passengers should plan for potential delays of up to an hour during peak times. Learn more about the Naarm Way Stage 2 project: https://www.melbourneairport.com.au/plan-ahead To avoid congestion, we recommend using the equivalent pick-up and drop-off facilities at nearby Terminal 4 car park, just a short 10-minute walk from Terminals 1, 2, and 3. Simply drive to the Terminal 4 Car Park and proceed to Level 2 for Drop off or Level 1 for Pick up. Thank you for your patience while we are building your airport.

Melbourne Airport team members have brand-new uniforms. The uniform will be worn across various areas of Melbourne Airport, including our service partners.

You will soon see team members in the new look uniforms, and you can ask any member of our team, at any time, for assistance.

In particular, you might like to keep an eye out for our Melbourne Experience Ambassadors in their smart, watermelon pink blazers. Our ambassadors can be found in every terminal and are on hand to help you with any assistance you might need.

As well as their new uniforms, any member of our team can be identified by their official Melbourne Airport lanyard and their ID. Please ensure you only engage with an official Melbourne Airport team member when seeking assistance or when taking transportation.

Thanks to internationally renowned fashion designer Juli Grbac, who specialises in aviation uniforms, the new look draws inspiration from ‘modern Melbourne’ and reflects the dynamic spirit of our city.
