Terminal 1, 2 & 3
Until October 6, passengers flying with Qantas (T1), International Airlines (T2) or Virgin Australia (T3), can be dropped off at Departure Drive.
To access Departure Drive, simply follow the signs for T123 Drop Off on the Tullamarine Freeway that will guide you to the drop off area.
From October 6, if you’re flying with Qantas, Internationally or with Virgin Australia, free 1 minute drop off will be in our new T123 Transport Hub on Level 3 of the existing short term car park.
To access the new drop off zone, take Exit 19, Naarm Way from the Tullamarine Freeway and follow the signs to T123 pick up.

Taxi Uber & Rideshare drop off
From October 6, if you’re getting dropped off by a Taxi, Uber or other rideshare vehicle, they will drop you off in the new drop off zone on Level 3 of the T123 Transport Hub.
Terminal 4
For passengers flying Jetstar domestic or Rex, they can be dropped off on Level 2 of the T4 Transport Hub.
To access Level 2 in the T4 Transport Hub, exit the Tullamarine Freeway at Exit 19, Naarm Way and follow the signs to the T4 Drop Off zone, or enter the car park if you need more time.
From October 6, pick up and drop off for T4 will remain the same.
How to access the T4 Transport Hub:
Handy hint: if you’re dropping off someone flying with Virgin, it can be easier to use the drop off area in the T4 Transport Hub on Level 2.

For longer goodbyes you can drop your passengers off with their luggage in our free drop off zones, then head to the nearest car park. View our current parking rates, but for the cheapest prices it’s always best to book online before you arrive.
