Pick Up

If you're collecting someone flying with Qantas, Virgin Australia or arriving on an international flight, free 5 minute Pick Up is located in our new T123 Transport Hub on Level 2, at the rear of the existing short term car park.

To access the new pick up zone, take Exit 19, Naarm Way from the Tullamarine Freeway and follow the signs to T123 Pick Up.

If you're getting picked up by a Taxi, Uber or other rideshare vehicle, pick up remains in the forecourt on the ground level outside Terminals 1, 2 and 3.

For those flying Jetstar domestic or Rex, pick up is on Level 1 of the T4 Transport Hub.  

To access Level 1 in the T4 Transport Hub, take Exit 19, Naarm Way from the Tullamarine Freeway and follow the signs to the T4 Pick Up zone, or enter the car park if you need more time. 

From October 6, pick up and drop off for T4 will remain the same.

Handy hint: if you’re picking up someone flying with Virgin, it can be easier to use the pick up area in the T4 Transport Hub.

To avoid congestion, there is a 5 minute standing time limit for all vehicles. Please ensure you passenger is waiting and ready for collection before entering the Pick Up zone.  

If you need more time, please enter the Terminal Car Parks where the first 15 minutes are free, then $17 for the first hour of parking[SB1] . If you’re needing a bit longer, you can view our drive up rates, or save by booking online for the cheapest prices. 

Or you can consider using our free wait zone that is free for the first 60 minutes.  

The free wait zone is conveniently located on Mercer Drive near the Tullamarine Freeway.
