Our new free Pick Up and Drop Off zones for Terminals 1 (Qantas), 2 (International) and 3 (Virgin Australia) are now open in the T123 Transport Hub. There are no changes to T123 Car Park, car rental return, buses, shuttles or coaches, or Pick up for Uber, Taxi or rideshare. We know it's a big change but we have extra support available every step of the way.

Before you fly

Inspired by the Great Ocean Road, the domestic Qantas Club offers a relaxed space with all-day barista coffee, a seasonal hot and cold buffet, and a bar serving Australian wines and tap beer from midday. There’s also a dedicated Kids Zone for little travellers. Plug in and work, recharge or simply unwind before you take to the skies.
