      Michael Cullen

      SVP Airline Business Development Mr. Michael Cullen has worked as an aviation professional for the past 14 years, after joining Australia Pacific Airports Corporation (owner and operator of Launceston & Melbourne Airports) in 2006. In his current role of Head of Airline Business Development, Michael leads the aviation business development team which is responsible for managing strong partnerships with airlines, tourism bodies and industry to deliver growth of passenger and cargo capacity into Melbourne Airport - Australia’s largest single-precinct, 24/7 airport. Michael holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia & New Zealand (CA).

      Peppy Adi-Purnomo

      VP Airline Business Development, South and South East Asia Responsible for the growth of air service capacity and Melbourne Airport’s aviation business analytics. Peppy has key focus to grow both mature and emerging markets by targeting market segments that deliver appropriate yield for Melbourne Airport’s airline customers. He works closely with airlines, tourism boards/authorities and industry partners. Peppy has more than 15 years’ experience in New Zealand’s energy, aviation and tourism sectors, focusing on strategy, business development and industry leadership. Prior to joining Melbourne Airport, Peppy held business development roles with Auckland Airport and Christchurch Airport.

      Susan Su

      VP Airline Business Development, North Asia Responsible for the growth of air services at Melbourne, working with current and potential airlines on business development and cooperative marketing opportunities, with a key focus on airline growth in China, and also playing a lead role in the delivery of APAM’s “Think China Strategy” across Customer Service delivery, Retail, and People & Performance teams to support airline growth and customer service and retail programs for Chinese customers. As a culturally sensitive and commercially astute professional, Susan is skilled at developing and executing Australia-China business strategies.

      Trevor Campbell

      VP Airline Business Development, Americas, EMEA and Pacific Trevor Campbell joins the APAM team as VP, Airline Business Development. In his role he is responsible for the Americas, EMEA and Pacific regions working with APAM’s key airline, tourism and business stakeholders to deliver commercial and strategic outcomes. Prior to joining APAM Trevor was an integral member of the Air Service Development team at Vancouver Airport Authority (YVR) where he drove air service development outcomes and strategy, including delivering record growth across international and domestic sectors, and YVR being recognised by industry as winner of the World Routes Marketing Award. Trevor is an experienced and driven aviation executive with a career spanning 17 years across the aviation, hotel and tourism sectors. Trevor holds a Bachelor of Business with a Major in Marketing.

      Kelly Newton

      Head of Commercial Kelly Newton leads the Aviation Commercial team at Melbourne Airport, which is responsible for the commercial strategy, commercial airline relationships and forecasting and analytics supporting the growth of airline and cargo capacity into Australia’s largest single precinct 24/7 airport. With an established career in corporate strategy, finance and property, Kelly brings a breadth of experience to the Head of Commercial role. Kelly joined Melbourne Airport in 2013 and has held numerous commercial and strategic positions across the business, including in the Strategy and Property teams.

      Nicky Eakins

      Marketing Business Partner Aviation I Melbourne & Launceston Airport Nicky works closely with our airline partners to support them in their partnership and marketing strategies for both inbound and outbound markets. Working closely with industry partners, trade and tourism bodies and government to generate and stimulate demand. Always seeking opportunities to optimally grow passenger numbers to fulfil increased capacity to Melbourne Airport. She brings a wealth of experience in marketing strategy development and campaign implementation that delivers results.
