Our new free Pick Up and Drop Off zones for Terminals 1 (Qantas), 2 (International) and 3 (Virgin Australia) are now open in the T123 Transport Hub. There are no changes to T123 Car Park, car rental return, buses, shuttles or coaches, or Pick up for Uber, Taxi or rideshare. We know it's a big change but we have extra support available every step of the way. Designated drop off bays are allocated in front of Terminals 1, 2 & 3 to facilitate wheelchair transfer for passengers with accessibility needs; however, for security reasons, the driver must remain with the vehicle at all times.

Designated drop off bays for Terminal 4 are located within the pick-up (Level 2) and drop off (Level 1) levels in the Terminal Car Park at Terminal 4.
