• Your online booking comes with a grace period built in. For stays under 4 hours, you get a 1-hour buffer on either side of your booked window. Staying longer? That buffer extends to 2 hours on both ends, which can help if your timing shifts slightly.
• You can add the Overstay Guarantee as an optional extra when booking. It covers overstay charges if your return is delayed by a flight cancellation where no replacement was offered, a government-mandated border closure or illness preventing you from flying back.

You can amend or cancel your booking for free up to 2 hours before your booked arrival time through the My Bookings page. Already parked and need more time? You can extend your stay through the same page before your booked exit time, with additional charges applying if your new exit time goes beyond your original booking.

When you arrive at Melbourne Airport Valet, drive to Level 1 of the T123 Car Park, scan your QR code at the Valet Entrance boom gate and then pull into the drop off area for the key handover. Our valet service team will take your keys, and you can walk straight to check-in from there.

How do you get to the T123 Car Park? Before you leave home, check Google Maps, our car park maps and any road delays or disruptions near the airport precinct that could affect your drive in.

• Take Exit 19B from the Tullamarine Freeway, follow signs to Melbourne Airport and look for signs saying Parking at T1, T2, T3.
• From there, follow the T123 Car Park signs and use the leftmost lane to enter.
• Scan your QR code at the first boom gate, continue to Level 1, and then scan the same QR code again at the Melbourne Airport Valet Car Park boom gate.

Qantas Valet parking sits closest to the Terminal 1 entrance. From there, it's direct access to Terminal 1 check-in. Melbourne Airport Valet sits closer to Terminals 2 and 3.

Both valet services are open to all travellers, whether you're flying Qantas from Terminal 1, overseas from Terminal 2, Virgin Australia domestically from Terminal 3 or departing with Jetstar, Rex and Link Airways domestically from Terminal 4.
