You’ll find Premium Car Parks  in two locations. Best parking for travellers flying from Terminals 1, 2, and 3 is in the T123 Premium Car Park, Level 1 of the T123 Car Park. Travellers flying from Terminal 4 opt for the T4 Premium Car Park, located on Level 1 of the T4 Car Park.

• Value Car Parks: On a budget and don’t mind a short bus ride? Value parking is the most cost-effective option onsite. These open-air car parks offer a free bus service to the terminals that runs every 15 minutes, 24/7. There are two locations to choose from: The Value North Car Park has entrances off Airport Drive and Mercer Drive and has multiple bus stops throughout, with stops at Terminal 1 (best stop for access to Terminal 2) and at Terminal 4 (best stop for access to Terminal 3). The Value South Car Park has an entrance off Airport Drive, and travels direct to Terminal 4 only, making this ideal for those flying domestic from Terminal 4 or Terminal 3. During peak travel periods, you can book Value Express, a seasonal valet-style service, where staff park your car for you while you head straight to the terminal.
• Terminal car parks: If you’re looking for something standard but still within walking distance, the Terminal car parks offer that balance. There are two locations: the T123 Terminal Car Park and the T4 Terminal Car Park. Both are positioned right across from the terminals, so there’s no need to catch a bus.

• Melbourne Airport Valet: Prefer to hand over the keys and head straight in? Melbourne Airport Valet offers a full valet service on Level 1 of the T123 Car Park. It’s the VIP parking experience designed for travellers who want to minimise steps on departure day. Drop-off is quick and easy, with friendly staff ready to greet you and park your car for you. Plus you can add optional extras like car wash, and return to a spotless vehicle.
• Qantas Valet:  Located on Level 1 of the T123 Car Park, Qantas Valet offers a quick handover. It’s open to all travellers, but ideal for Qantas passengers departing from Terminal 1. Here, you just drive in, hand over your keys, and walk straight to the terminal while the team takes care of the rest. You can also earn Frequent Flyer points just for using the service, and book an optional car wash service so you can come home to a freshly cleaned car.
• T123 Accessible Car Park: All Melbourne Airport parking options include marked bays for Accessible parking. Whether you're catching a bus, walking to the terminal, or handing over your keys, each parking facility is designed to support travellers who need extra space or mobility access. Located on Level 2 of the T123 Car Park, you'll have direct access via pedestrian bridge to Terminals 1, 2, and 3. A valid permit must be displayed at all times when parked in Accessible bays.

You can pre-book parking at Tullamarine Airport in just a few steps. Doing this online and ahead of travel day means you’ll access the best rates compared to drive-up rates.

Here’s how to book online:

Step 1: Head to Melbourne Airport’s Parking page.

Step 2: Select travel dates, time of entry and exit, and terminal.

Step 3: Compare parking rates across different car parks and choose your preferred parking option.

Step 4: Add extras like car cleaning or the Overstay Guarantee, a one-time fee that covers you from paying more if your flight is delayed or cancelled due to airline issues, border closures or illness.

Step 5: Enter your details and finalise your booking by paying with debit or credit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a QR code, which you just scan at the boom gate to enter. All online bookings come with a short grace period if your timing shifts slightly. For stays under four hours, you get one hour extra on either side of your booking. If it’s over four hours, that window extends to two hours before and after. You can also make changes by logging in and clicking on 'My Bookings' up to two hours before you arrive.
