Qantas Valet
The Qantas Valet service offers personalised airport parking, direct access to Terminal 1, along with car cleaning options for added convenience.
Located on Level 1 of the T123 Terminal Car Park. Services are available from 5am to 1am. If you require assistance outside of these hours please contact the Qantas Valet Customer Service team on 03 8336 4284.

To get to Melbourne Airport Valet, head to Level 1 of the T123 Car Park at Melbourne Airport. You can use Google Maps or our helpful map for directions or follow the signs within the airport to guide you. Once you arrive at Level 1, just pull up to the valet area, and the team will take care of the rest.
- How do I book parking for Melbourne Airport Valet?
On the Melbourne Airport website, click on the gold Parking button located on the top right corner of the screen. Enter your travel dates, entry & exit times, and terminal. Enter a promo code if you have one, then click on the Continue to pricing button to view available rates and confirm your booking.
- Is it cheaper to book online?
Yes. Online pricing varies by demand and offers better value than drive-up rates. Online bookings also come with a 2-hour grace period for bookings longer than 4 hours.
- What is the height clearance?
Maximum vehicle height is 2.1m.
