Flexible bookings

You can amend or cancel your parking booking at any time prior to arrival, with no extra fees.
 
Put yourself in control by using the Manage my booking option on our website. This is available up to 2 hours prior to your booked arrival time. If there is a fare difference for your new booking, you will be required to pay any difference.
 
If you need to cancel within 2 hours of your booked arrival time, call our customer service team on +61 3 9297 1318 for assistance.

Refunds

If for any reason you need to request a refund from us, please fill out the form below and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please ensure you have completed all of the required fields within the Refund Application and attach any supporting evidence such as proof of purchase and car park exit receipts.

All personal information provided as part of this refund application will be collected, used and stored in accordance with the Melbourne Airport Privacy Policy

  • How do I change my current online booking or time of arrival?

    Did you know you can amend or cancel your parking booking any time prior to arrival with no fees?  

    You can amend or cancel your booking yourself online using the Manage My Booking function. This service is available up to 2 hours prior to your booked arrival time. If there is a fare difference for your new booking, you will be required to pay any difference.

    If you want to cancel within 2 hours of your booked arrival time, you will need to call our customer service team on +61 3 9297 1318 and they can assist you.

  • What's the maximum time I can park my car for?

    You can book online for up to 45 days of parking. Drive up parking is available for an unlimited time period, however you'll need to notify us if it's longer than 60 days.

  • Can I receive a refund if I stay shorter than my pre-booked time?

    Once you enter the car park, you won't be able to change your length of stay. You won't be eligible for a refund if you end up staying shorter than your booking period.

  • Can I enter the car park earlier or later than my confirmed booking time?

    You may enter a car park any time after your booked entry time, or exit a car park any time before your booked exit time, without incurring any additional fees.

    You may arrive up to two hours before your booked entry time. If you arrive any earlier than the time prior to two hours before your booked entry time, you will be charged at drive-up rates for your entire stay (noting that these rates may vary from the rates quoted via the online booking system) and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit on those charges.     If you exit a car park before your booked exit time (as confirmed by Melbourne Airport via email), you will not be entitled to a refund or adjustment. There is a two-hour grace period for exit after your booked exit time. If you exit more than two hours after your booked exit time, you will be charged for the extra time beyond one hour after your booked exit time at Melbourne Airport’s Overstay Tariff car park rates (noting that these rates may vary from the rates quoted via the online booking system) and you will not be entitled to a refund or credit on those charges.
