  • Where does the Value Car Park courtesy bus stop?

    There are 8 stops in the Value Car Park, with stops at Terminal 4 (with a short walk to T2 and T3) and a second stop at Terminal 1. View courtesy bus map here

  • Can you prebook rideshare?

    Scheduled rides are not available for pick-ups at the airport. Use the mobile App to make a standard Uber booking.

    Rideshare services available include uberX, UberBLACK, Ola, Didi and GoCatch. Rideshare drivers pick up travellers from two locations: Qantas, International and Virgin Australia passengers from lane 1 of the forecourt; Jetstar, Rex or Airnorth passengers from level 2 inside the T4 Ground Transport Hub. Passengers can be dropped off anywhere along Departure Drive and the T4 Transport Hub drop off zone on level 1. This is the same for all the public drop off zones.     Taxi ranks are located on the ground floor outside T1 and in the T4 Transport Hub. For your safety you should not accept any offer of taxi services outside of the designated taxi ranks at Terminals 1 and 4.

    Regional, direct, group and charter buses all depart from the Terminal 4 Transport Hub.

    SkyBus operate an express service carrying travellers to and from the airport via the CBD, St Kilda and Frankston. They are located outside the main entrance of Terminal 4.

    The FREE shuttle service operates 24/7 every 15 minutes.
