    During these unprecedented times, we appreciate your travel plans may have been disrupted by the travel restrictions currently in place to limit the spread of COVID-19.

    To provide assistance during this difficult period, we’ve introduced some temporary changes to our services.

    Zero cost parking EXTENDED until 31 October 2020

    If you are required to make an essential trip prior to 31 October 2020, we invite you to leave your car with us as a guest of Melbourne Airport Parking, at zero cost. There is no need to book online to take up this offer.

    Simply drive up to Terminal 1, 2 & 3 or Terminal 4 Car Park (Now open) on the day of your flight. When you get to the entry gates, you will notice that we are going cashless in all of our car parks. Simply use your credit card to enter the car park, and use the same credit card when you exit. (Don't worry, your card won't be charged for parking during this zero cost period. Standard charges apply after 11:59pm on 31 October 2020). 

    Please note – Online bookings will not be available or required during this period

    Do you have a current booking between 14 July – 31 October 2020?

    As we are currently offering parking at zero cost for essential travellers at this time, we encourage you to cancel you current parking booking and we will provide a full refund.

    Follow the 3 step process below to cancel your current booking:

    1. Make note of your email address & booking reference number.

    2. Visit the Manage booking page. 

    3. Follow the prompts to cancel your booking. You will receive a full refund to your payment card within 5  10 working days.

    There is no cancellation or amendment fee. For booking amendments or cancellations within 2 hours of arrival, contact our Customer Service Centre on +61 3 9297 1318.
    Bookings for parking after 31 October 2020

    Online booking is still available for travel dates from 1 November 2020 onward.


    We've answered some of the most commonly asked questions about COVID-19 Parking.

    I have already entered the car park (without a booking) before 30 March 2020 and will exit before 31 October 2020. Will I be charged the full amount for days after 30 March 2020?

    Any days in the car park from Monday 30 March 2020 will be at zero cost. Stay duration prior to then will be at normal advertised rates. Proceed to pay as you normally would and our technology will work it out for you.

    I pre-booked and was already in the car park prior to 30 March 2020. Will I get a refund for days after 30 March 2020?

    Any days in the car park from Monday 30 March 2020 will be at zero cost. Exit as normal in the usual manner by tapping your card at the exit. Once your booking has closed, our Customer Service Team will email you and trigger a refund to your original payment card for the stay duration after 30 March 2020. Please allow 5-10 business days for your bank to deposit the funds.

    I was already in the car park before 30 March 2020, exited on or after 31 October 2020 and have already in full paid for my parking. Can I request a refund for days after 30 March 2020?

    Any days in the car park from Monday 30 March 2020 will be at zero cost. Please submit a refund request using the “Contact Us” form on this page, including any booking references or payment receipt details and a member of the customer service team will be in touch in 3-5 business days.
