    Disabled car parking

    Disability access and parking

Disabled car parking spaces are conveniently located in every car park at Melbourne Airport. Please note a valid disabled permit must be displayed when using the designated disabled car parking spaces.
The car park lifts have been designed with the wide doors and low height controls to ensure accessibility from a wheelchair. The control panel is also written in Braille.
All disabled bays are under cover.

    Terminal 1, 2 & 3 Car Park

Disabled parking is available on Levels 1, 2 and 3 adjacent to the lifts. For easy access to T3 (Virgin Australia) and T2 (international terminal), park in disabled bays located in row M on Levels 1, 2 and 3. For access to T1 (Qantas) use row F on Levels 1, 2 and 3.

Once you have parked, please proceed to Level 2 of the car park and follow signage to the terminals. This will lead you to the sky bridges which allow undercover access to the terminals.

    Business Car Park

There is one disabled parking bay in the Business Car Park, located close to T1 (Qantas).

We recommend this car park for T1 (Qantas) travellers only as other terminals are at some distance.
Access to terminals is through an open-air path.

    Value Car Park

Disabled parking is available in section A of the outdoor Value Car Park.

Enter via Terminal Drive and drive straight in to section A of the outdoor Value Car Park.
Disabled bays are located right next to bus shelter A.
Park and proceed to bus shelter A, which is wheelchair friendly, undercover, air-conditioned and heated for your comfort. A courtesy bus runs continuously from Value Term Car Park and will drop you right in front of the terminals. All courtesy buses are DDA compliant, cater for those with a disability and are wheelchair friendly. Please ask your bus driver for assistance should you require it.

    Pick up and Drop off

Designated drop off bays are allocated in front of Terminals 1, 2 & 3 to facilitate wheelchair transfer for disabled passengers; however, for security reasons, the driver must remain with the vehicle at all times.
Designated drop off bays for Terminal 4 are located within the pick-up (Level 2) and drop off (Level 1) levels in the Terminal Car Park at Terminal 4.
